You hereby assume full responsibility, and waive all claims against Cyril Rabbath and its instructors, partners, or otherwise, for any and all injuries, losses, or damages that might incur while taking part in Gravity Juggling Arts LLC online school.
Video Consent & Release
In short, you agree to be recorded during the live online events.
You hereby give your consent to Gravity Juggling Arts LLC, its affiliates, and its agents, to use your image and likeness in its publications, advertising, and other media activities, including the internet, without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future. This consent includes, but is not limited to, permission to interview, film, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of you and/or record your voice. This consent is given in perpetuity and does not require your prior approval.
Legal Age
In short, you are of legal age, and if you are a minor, your parents are the ones signing this agreement.
You attest that you are of legal age to be signing this agreement. If you are a minor, please have your parent or legal guardian sign the agreement in your name. When doing so, the signed parent or legal guardian hereby consents to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the such minor child. The signed parent or legal guardian certifies having read this consent form in full.
